The launch of 3G and 4G in 2014 should provide new revenue streams in the telecoms sector, and the focus in the near term will be on improving data capacity and network quality. Growing demand for digital services and the commercialisation of access to Gabon’s second submarine cable are helping to lay the foundations for a rise in activity in the ICT sector.
