As part of Algeria's economic recovery, the authorities are working to promote foreign and local investment. This focus report explores the policies being implemented by the government to improve the business climate, including the introduction of a new regulatory framework and the lifting of restrictive trade and investment measures. It also analyses efforts to reduce the country's reliance on hydrocarbons revenue by diversifying the economy away from oil and gas in alignment with global commitments, and incentivising investment in a broader range of sectors.

The Report: Algeria – Economic Recovery and Export Diversification, produced in partnership with Bomare Company, contains interviews with Ali Boumediene, Founder and Executive Director of Bomare; and Yacine Oualid, Minister of Start-ups and the Knowledge Economy.
